Versatility combined with high performance

The fold-out driver platform means that the electric double stacker D12 – D14 AP can be used as either a pedestrian or ride-on truck, providing flexibility. It transports up to 1,400 kilograms on two levels and increases productivity during loading and unloading, as well as when transporting loads over long distances. The driver can stand safely and comfortably on the suspended platform. The creep speed function slows down the truck and makes difficult maneuvers in narrow aisles easier and safer. Operators can lift and lower the load with precision using the Linde OptiLift® mast control. The excellent visibility through the mast enables loading and unloading with millimeter accuracy even on higher shelves and guarantees safe load handling. Powered by powerful 2.3-kW engines, the double stackers reach a maximum speed of up to 10 km/h and increase the handling capacity with a fast working speed.

Safety

The Linde double stackers D12 – D14 AP are designed to protect the driver while working. Folding side guards give the driver additional protection from injury. The pallets are automatically put in the perfect position during loading and unloading, which reduces the risk of accidents. For additional safety, the forklift truck automatically adjusts its speed when cornering and restricts its speed above a lifting height of 1.5 meters. When the driver releases the traction control, the truck comes to a stop. In addition, the emergency stop button immediately triggers a load-dependent, electromagnetic brake. A good view of the load also contributes to increased safety.

Ergonomics

The driving and lifting functions of the electric pallet stackers D12 – D14 AP can be easily operated with just one hand, without the driver having to let go of the tiller. This enables precise, convenient load handling. In order to effortlessly master particularly challenging steering maneuvers, operators can activate the creep speed function and release the brake at the same time. The suspension of the fold-out platform absorbs any vibrations due to uneven ground so that the operator can stand on it safely and comfortably while driving.

Handling

The driver operates all the driving and lifting functions intuitively with just one hand. The Linde OptiLift® mast control ensures that the load is lifted and lowered with millimeter accuracy, at the same time increasing the working pace and precision. Using the main lift as well as the initial lift, the D12 – D14 AP double stackers can transport two pallets with a maximum weight of 1,000 kilograms each at the same time. This leads to higher efficiency during transfer. With the powerful 2.3-kW AC engine, the trucks reach speeds of up to 10 km/h even with double loads. The speed is automatically reduced when cornering and above a lifting height of 1.5 meters.

Service

The multi-functional display of the D12 – D14 AP shows the operator all the important status information at a glance. The maintenance-free AC engines ensure high availability for the double stackers. All the important components are easily accessible. In the event that repairs are needed, service technicians can read out and check the system data on their notebook via the CAN bus connection.

Optional Equipment

Load backrest

The load backrest, with a height of 1,000 mm, ensures that loads cannot slip backwards and fall on the driver when the load carrier is raised.

Soft landing function

This protective function prevents a jerking motion when setting down the load and any resulting damage. It reduces the lifting speed before reaching the floor and sets the load down softly.
